During this trip, uncover the iconic landmarks, scenic vistas and easy- going ambiance of the world's most fascinating cities, Istanbul and Athens, whose history, culture and art have helped to shape the world, as we know it today.
This trip is led by an OKWU professor, Darek Jarmola, who specializes in Church History, Renaissance, and Global Studies. You are welcome to invite your friends and family!

Cost: $3,450 (all inclusive). Airport transfers, visa and landing fees in Turkey, optional excursions and your personal expenditures are extra.
Begin your discoveries in Athens
Start with the enchanting capital of Greece, a birthplace of Western civilization and democracy. Tour the Acropolis, the historic Plaka district and the Syntagma Square. Then, explore the Greek countryside and visit some of the most picturesque Aegean islands.
Next, explore Istanbul
Discover the city of Byzantine and Ottoman treasures. Enjoy wonders of the Hippodrome Square, St Sophia Church - the largest Christian church of its era - and Museum, the 17th century Blue Mosque with its six minarets, the Royal Topkapi Palace and the historical Grand Bazaar, the world's largest covered market. Take optional trip to see ancient Ephesus and the Churches of the Revelation.
